(More customer reviews)The item may be fine, but I just have to tell you about Waldor Orchids.The customer service from Waldor Orchids is deplorable beyond words.I ordered this, as a gift, on August 22, and was given the following dates:
Shipping estimate:August 23, 2010 - August 24, 2010
Delivery estimate:August 26, 2010 - August 31, 2010
When I did not receive shipping notification by September 1, I contacted Waldor Orchids.The next day, I receieved a rather rude reply from William Robinson, definitively saying that I had placed the order on August 31, not August 22.There was an order form attached and everything.The only problem is that it was not my order (yes, William, believe it or not, there is more than one "Chris" on this earth).Finally, a couple of days later, William got himself together and...oh yeah...there it was.So the item shipped 3 full days after the back end of the delivery estimate...just in time to be one week late for mom's birthday.Thanks, Waldor Orchids.Thank you, William Robinson.If you want to avoid such blatant and ridiculous incompetence, avoid Waldor Orchids like the plague.

Product Description:
The Humidi-Grow Tray allows you to use pots with drain holes without worrying about excess water pouring out and causing structural or furniture damage. The overflow will pass through this pot and collect in the tray where the settled water will evaporate and help offset the loss of transpiration which is the loss of moisture through the leaves. Designed for minimal care. Just wash the tray and grid with mild soap and water occasionally, then refill with water.
